ABOUT THE OWNER
ANS Advantage LLC is owned and operated by Ashlynn Sass, an experienced office management and business operations specialist with nearly a decade of hands-on experience helping small businesses build stable, efficient administrative foundations. Ashlynn began her career in office management in 2015, developing strong expertise in daily operations, scheduling systems, document management, payroll coordination, invoicing and billing workflows, compliance tracking, and administrative process improvement.
She has supported businesses across a broad range of industries including wrecking yards, trucking and car hauling operations, landscaping companies, construction firms, salons, and professional service offices, allowing her to adapt systems to meet the real-world needs of diverse business environments.
In 2019, Ashlynn began freelancing with the goal of helping small businesses that could not afford or did not yet need full-time administrative staff, giving owners access to professional office management support while they worked to grow. This flexible service model allowed businesses to streamline operations, remain compliant, and scale sustainably without the overhead of full-time staffing.
By 2020, freelancing became her full-time professional focus and led to the creation of ANS Advantage LLC, providing comprehensive, scalable office management and support services tailored specifically to small and growing businesses.
Today, Ashlynn partners with business owners to implement efficient systems, improve workflow organization, and reduce administrative burdens so clients can focus on operational growth and service delivery.
